We use organic coconut palm sugar, which contains phytonutrients, specifically polyphenols, flavonoids and anthocyanins. We don’t use organic almond flour because almonds aren’t heavily fumigated (gases used primarily to kill insects) like some other nuts. Organic almond flour would cost three times as much to bake with. So conventional almond flour is more cost effective for us and our customers.

Yes. Just replace the equivalent number of eggs with your favorite egg replacer and replace butter in the chocolate chip cookies with coconut oil.
